Spring 1 Week 3 - w/c 18th January
Well done for completing 2 weeks of online learning Year 3. You are all doing fantastically, despite these strange times! Just a couple of things for you to read, ready to start the new learning week:
* Please make sure you join the lessons on time, at 9:00AM, 10:45AM and 2:30PM if you join for the story-time/catch up session. This will ensure that the lessons are not disrupted and more importantly, so that you do not miss the teaching and therefore know what to do for the independent task.
* There are still a number of you who are not uploading your work to SeeSaw. Your teachers love to see your work and progress, so please remember to upload - preferably in one big chunk with multiple pictures! This makes is easier for us to ensure that all of your work has been looked at.
* Please remember to look at and learn this week's spellings. We will do a test on Wednesday morning.
* Just like last week, you will notice that some of the documents have 'please print' on them. This is to help you identify the task sheets for the lessons and print them if you wish. There is no requirement to print these sheets so if it is easier, please just view the task on the screen and write your answers on a piece of paper. Alternatively, you can leave the live meeting once the teacher says you can and view the worksheet task on the school website.
Mrs Tait's Group
There is no PowerPoint for you to work through today. Instead, there are two tasks focusing on dividing by 5 and dividing by 10. Please work your way through these tasks and post your answers on SeeSaw so we can see how you have got on.
Spring 1 Week 2 - w/c 11th January
You will notice that we have written 'please print' on some of the documents this week. This is to help you identify the task sheets for the lessons and print them if you wish. There is no requirement to print these sheets so if it is easier, please just view the task on the screen and write your answers on a piece of paper. We just ask that the answers are clearly numbered for when we view your work on SeeSaw.
Afternoon Story time
Hello Year 3! It was lovely to see so many of you joining the online sessions last week. Starting today (Monday 11th January), we will be holding an optional 15 minute story time session at 2.30pm every afternoon. This will be a chance for you to listen to a story and to share any news that you might have. The meeting be will set up in the same way as the Maths and English lessons and will be set for 2.30pm. We look forward to seeing you later!
